Narcisse approaches Francis II during a working breakfast. To discuss an edict that he and other French Nobles from St Germain, Provence and Orleans wanted the King to ratify. The edict demanded that all French subjects have to publicly declare their faith to the King. Though Francis didn't want to sign it at first he was manipulated by Narcisse to do so.
