Hey sorry I've been inactive from here lately, I'm just starting college in less than a month and moving in a new apartment. I've been pretty busy getting prepared and stuff but I'll definitely try to help out more when I've settled into college life and the fall tv season starts. I hope you understand sorry I didn't let you know earlier :)
Hi! Since the wiki already has pages for the titles "Darkness Rises" and "The Prophecy", would you mind if "The Haunting" and "Hysteria" are also added? And there's a fifth one coming, so what do you think about a category for them, something like "Novels" or "Tie-ins"?
Thank you :D For the category, I guess "Tie-ins" will do for now? Bec. it turns out not all of them are "novels" technically, just two and the upcoming third one. I'll leave the renaming of the final category up to you.
Hi, Corri. The Vampire Diaries Wiki and The 100 Wiki are making something called "CW Family Week". One of The 100 Wiki admins left me this message. I like the idea. Would you want to join us? This is the concept.
In that week(s?) we'd promote sibling or family relationships all over the network ( The100, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Arrow, ...). We wanna do this to encourage people to support the show (even during hiatus) and that way we can unite our own fandom while also endorsing people to watch other shows that also have great family dynamics.
What it would mean is that we (for example) have a family page (in our case for example the Blake Siblings, in yours maybe the Salvatore brothers) as our featured article, we encourage people to make fanarts and edits and we could also try a trend on twitter, among other things. For us, this project could tie in with The 100 Promo Project, our hiatus project we set up to get people to watch the show starting S3.
We chose to focus on family because that seems to be something with the least trouble over. I think there'll be less drama then if we have say a ship-week. We hope you consider doing a collab with us over this and of course this does not have to be limited to wikia. We can have all sorts of fandoms on the CW shows involved. The more the better!
This is a good idea but I have to take some time to think about it because there are a lot of things I have to work on and I'm trying to get most of my work done. I would like to join until I get things worked out.
Hi! Sorry I'm a founder of an italian wiki and I want to make a Twitter wadget like yours in my homepage but the link not work, and I don't understand why, I would ask if I'm wrong or it's a normal problem, I copied the code but remain the same in the homepage, you can help me? :)
Anyway I'm also a Reign' fan and compliment for your Wiki, it's beautiful! ;)
Hi, is someone making pages for: Rich Newey, Lynne Stopkewich, Chelsey Lora, Larysa Kondracki, Nathaniel Goodman, Lee Rose, Lisa Randolph? (They're the newest writers and directors.) If not can I make them? Thanks.
I want to put something for Condes religion but what do I put Catholicism or Protestantism and thanks for correct the mistakes in my edits to Charles I thought since historically he was the Duke of Orleans after his brother Louis died he would be the Duke of Orleans in Reign as well sorry
Just letting you know I'll be inactive for a while. I had to send my laptop to be fixed, so I don't know how long it will take. I left a notice on my page, but if you see anyone messaging me with questions could you please answer them for me?
Wanted to let you know that the first season of The Originals Fanfiction is completed! I would love to hear your opinions on it. Also there's a forum that has a big announcement about a new series, it should be highlighted.
Those are just preliminary though. It would need to stay consistently there which I doubt because cw shows pretty much always decline in the spring. I'm not getting my hopes up I have a nagging feeling its going to be cancelled :P What did you think about the whole rape controversy?
I was shocked by it and I thought about why they did it and I understood why they did it due to female rulers begin vunerable and had been raped back in those days. I don't think Reign will be doing it again though. Also they had to send a message out there b/c there are victims of rape and they are too afraid to speak up.
I'm going to keep watching. Keep making these epic trailers, looks like they're close to ending the Francis vs Narcisse storyline, Mary is eventually going to find out what Francis has been hiding from her, and I think all will be good for this show. But they said those are the official ratings...
I know why they did it (though I may not agree with all the reasons), I just really wish they would have given a trigger warning at the beggining of the episode, I was taken quite off guard. In the airing in Canada there was actually only text from the CW on the screen, So I think after the backlash from that airing they recorded a video last minute with Addy.
They better not sweep in under the rug like they did with the miscarriage however. Because that just wouldn't be respectful, if the empowerment angle is what they are aiming for. Its a sl that if you choose to persue you really need to do justice.
I'll keep watching but its not like my viewing it helps ratings.
